Reply: I totally agree, but if you are doing all your own PR work, it’s ALL work. E-mail marketing and the variety of social media avenues are more of a “shotgun” style marketing as opposed to the avid Book Reader clubs, Author Hangouts, etc., which seem to be a somewhat more concentrated target audience.

The content of Between Life and Death has a healthy mix of both imagination and experience. As for information garnered online- only minute details of past location maps. I dedicated two years of research on the region as well as family information.
